"I tend to do things in my own time, as opposed to when they’re customarily done…which is why my “Spring Cleaning” is in mid June this year. I called Anytime Trash Removal to get a quote yesterday, Saturday the 10th, with no specific date in mind. Me being the sort of person who cares way too much about how they’re perceived, can turn a fairly simple task into a convoluted & stressful one. But within the first few minutes on the phone I was so put at-ease that I had no hesitation setting up my booking right then. Today the guys arrived at the agreed upon time & got right to work. They wasted no time, brought an appropriately sized truck for the task, provided worthwhile and genuine chit-chat & jokes throughout, and didn’t attempt to spring any fees or additional charges on me one the work had been"
